AHS NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT 2018-2019

Enrollment Dates & Hours:
August 1, 2, 8, & 9 (9:30am - 11:30am & 1:30pm - 3:30pm)

Paperwork required for new student enrollment:
Student Birth Certificate
Student Social Security Card
Student Current Shot Record
Proof of Residency (monthly bill w/ physical address listed)
Parent must provide a valid photo ID to enroll student.
